Terms of Service

Welcome to 21stc Techies Schools. By partnering with us or accessing our educational curriculum, you agree to the following terms and services.

1. Service Overview

21stc Techies Schools provides partner schools with a comprehensive technical ecosystem, including Tinker Lab blueprints, physical robotics equipment, AI modeling software, and a 21st-century skills curriculum for Grades 6-10.

2. Institutional Responsibilities

Partner schools are responsible for providing the physical space for the Engineering Hub and ensuring that participating students are supervised by qualified educators who have completed our certification training modules.

3. Intellectual Property

All curriculum materials, software code, and lab designs are the exclusive intellectual property of 21stc Techies Schools and our tech partners. Use is granted via a non-exclusive license for the duration of the partnership period.

4. Laboratory Conduct

Users must adhere to the safety protocols established for our Engineering Hubs. 21stc Techies Schools is not liable for damages resulting from the misuse of physical equipment or unauthorized modifications to the lab workstations.

5. Partnership Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership agreement with 60 days' written notice. Upon termination, access to digital curriculum platforms will be revoked, and proprietary equipment must be handled according to the specific service agreement.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 21stc Techies Schools is registered. Any disputes will be handled through professional mediation before legal proceedings.
